What the form asks for
Your name, company, email address, destination and the product or application details you choose to provide. The form also includes the H2Q page and type of inquiry link used to reach it, when available. The inquiry may also include a fixed channel label from a published link. A link channel label can be shared or removed; it is not a verified referral source, visitor count or traffic measurement. These values help us review inquiry entry points and are submitted with your inquiry; we do not use cookies or browser storage for this measurement, and do not collect the original referring URL, search terms or a visitor identifier. Do not include confidential formulations, government-issued identification numbers, other sensitive personal information or payment information.
Why the details are used
To review your requirements, communicate with you and coordinate the relevant product or document discussion. Relevant information may need to be reviewed with the manufacturer to answer your inquiry.
How an inquiry is processed
The website’s hosting service processes submitted requests. When email notifications are enabled, an email service is used to notify the receiving team. Technical abuse-prevention checks help protect the form.
